Plan a Visit

Before you come:
We know going to a new church for the first time can be intimidating. We want to help make your first experience at Kenwood Heights Christian Church a great one!

First of all, don’t stress out about what to wear! Jesus cares more about your heart than your appearance, and we feel the same way!

Next, fill out the form below to let us know you’re coming!

The Basics:
Our address:
Louisville, KY 40214

Our service times:
8:45 a.m.
11:15 a.m.

At 10:00 a.m. we have Bible School classes for all ages, and all are welcome!

For the kids:
We believe kids should have a blast at KHCC every single week! We also want to do everything we can to keep them safe. For that reason, we have a detailed check-in process, so you might want to plan some extra time.

Nursery care is offered all morning.

Preschool through Elementary age have classes and a worship time geared just for them during the 10:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. hours.

Getting here:
Our entrance on New Cut Road can be a little tough to see, especially if you’re traveling south, so keep an eye out for our sign that’s right by our entrance.

Getting in:
Once you’ve parked, you will enter through the MAIN ENTRANCE and be greeted by some awesome people who would be more than happy to help you find your way! (See map below)

If you are bringing kids with you and would like to take advantage of our KIDS PROGRAMMING, TURN RIGHT as soon as you come in and find the CHECK-IN DESK at the end of the hall.

If you’re planning to check out our MAIN WORSHIP SERVICE, TURN LEFT as soon as you come in the Main Entrance and you won’t miss it! Grab a bulletin, a doughnut, and some coffee before you find a comfortable seat (sit anywhere you want!).

Our restrooms are located right across the hall from the Main Entrance.

What to expect:
Our services usually last between 60-70 minutes. Our church band will lead the church in a few exciting songs; song lyrics will be projected onto the screens so you can sing along and/or engage with worship however you feel comfortable. Then, one of our ministers, usually our Senior Minister, will share a message about Jesus and what He has to say to us today. Click here to check out our past worship services.

There are a couple of things that we do in every service that may be confusing to someone who is checking us out for the first time – Communion and Offering. Let us ease your mind about these things!

We take communion together in every service. This is meant for every person who has accepted Jesus as their Savior. If this does not apply to you, don’t worry… you can let the trays pass.

We also take up an offering during each service. We do not expect someone to give if they are just checking us out. Your presence with us is gift enough!

Before you leave:
We want to connect with you, so be sure to fill out your Connect Card and take it to the Connection Center for a free gift!

If you would like to speak with one of our ministers about anything at all, just look for a gold name badge.

Did we miss anything?
